Perform incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections of materials, components, subassemblies, and finished products to ensure compliance with established quality standards and customer expectations.;
Utilize precision measurement and test equipment to validate product quality and verify conformance to drawings, specifications, and procedures.;
Document inspection results, disposition information, and NCRs; generate inspection reports and quality records for traceability and audits.;
Assist with root-cause analysis and CAPA activities; collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.;
Support internal and customer audits by providing accurate quality records and documentation.
