Role DescriptionThis full-time, on-site Dispositions Manager role is based in Las Vegas, NV and is focused on the sale of wholesale investment properties to end buyers

The Dispositions Manager will be responsible for managing buyer relationships, marketing wholesale deals, hosting investor walkthroughs, and ensuring properties are assigned efficiently and profitably. This role works closely with the acquisitions team to price deals correctly, coordinate timelines, and move properties from contract to assignment.
Success in this role requires strong relationship-building skills, an understanding of investor buy criteria, and the ability to create urgency and demand around each deal. The Dispositions Manager plays a critical role in maximizing assignment fees and maintaining a reliable, active buyers list.
Key Responsibilities- Market and sell wholesale investment properties to cash buyers and investors
- Build, manage, and grow a strong buyers list (local and out-of-state investors)
- Host investor walkthroughs, open houses, and property showings
- Match deals to buyer criteria and manage buyer follow-up
- Coordinate assignments, contracts, and timelines with escrow and internal teams
- Work closely with acquisitions to price deals competitively and ensure smooth handoffs
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and track buyer activity
- Negotiate assignment terms to maximize profitability and speed
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with repeat buyers
- Strong understanding of real estate investing and wholesale transactions
- Experience working with cash buyers and investment properties preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple active deals
- Comfortable hosting investor walkthroughs and engaging buyers in person
- Experience with CRM systems and investor marketing platforms is a plus
- Knowledge of Southern Nevada and Arizona real estate market preferred
- Self-motivated, accountable, and results-driven
- Commission-based role
- Estimated earnings: $70,000–$100,000+ annually
