Compensation is based on equity and a fee on what you produce.

You are a co‑founder. You are here for the long run, not the short term, and you understand that anyone you hire can generate income within the first month. Therefore, you are not afraid of being compensated through production‑based fees.

• Native or C2‑level English (Another language is an advantage);
• Proven track records in closing Wholesale deals all over the country;
• You have committed your life to real estate and are looking for a long‑term mission that can grant you retirement at any age, or the strength to start a new life after real estate—ideally together within our internally funded group;
• Ideally, experience communicating and engaging with architects.
