We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving occupancy levels by assisting potential residents in finding their ideal home and ensuring a smooth leasing process. The Leasing Consultant will provide exceptional customer service, create positive relationships with prospective and current residents, and uphold the property’s leasing and marketing strategies.

• Greet potential residents and provide detailed property tours, highlighting features and amenities.
• Build rapport with prospective tenants to understand their specific needs and preferences.
• Accurately explain and promote the lease terms, policies, and application process.
• Handle leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
• Process rental applications and conduct credit checks and background screenings efficiently.
• Prepare and execute lease agreements and collect necessary documentation.
• Maintain knowledge of the property market, including competitor communities, pricing, and special offerings.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to implement marketing strategies and outreach activities to attract prospective residents.
• Assist with resident retention by addressing tenant concerns and promoting community activities.
• Regularly update and maintain accurate records in the leasing management software.
• Conduct market surveys and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Assist with property management tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in property leasing or sales is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
