We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Affordable Housing Leasing Agent professionals preferably with Onesite knowledge. Yield Star knowledge is a great plus! We have an opening at one of our beautiful Affordable Housing properties, which is a premiere apartment community in Las Vegas with a design, construction, and management team that has earned a reputation for providing a high-quality lifestyle for their residents.

• Must have 3 years Leasing Agent experience
• LIHTC / Section 42 experience preferred
• Show and lease apartments
• Achieve resident satisfaction through communication, responsiveness to needs, and professionalism
• Proper execution of policies and procedures
• Administrative duties
• Strong communication/computer skills
• Exceptional organization skills
• Ability to multi task
• Excellent customer service skills
• Professional Appearance
• Ability to work well with managers and other personnel
