Shift Manager – McDonald’s (Independent Franchisee)

Join us as a Shift Manager at McDonald’s. This position is managed by an independent franchisee that operates the restaurant under the McDonald’s brand. All employment matters—hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling—are handled by the franchisee, not McDonald’s USA.

You will lead daily operations and ensure fast, accurate, friendly service that meets McDonald’s standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness. Your responsibilities include planning shifts, monitoring performance, maintaining safety and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to prepare for a successful shift.

• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule.
• 18 years or older.
• Passion for working in a fast‑paced environment.

• Competitive hourly rate: $15‑$16 per hour.
• 15‑25 days paid vacation.
