Job Description

100% out of state Travel. Travel Task Force. $20.00 Per Hour Plus OT. Experienced Cooks. This is a Travel Position.

We Pay for Travel and one to two meals per day. You will travel in 8 week rotations.

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Help with catering events and special functions as needed
• Maintain inventory of food supplies and equipment
• Setting up, stocking, and breaking down of assigned stations
• Use knowledge of common allergies & dietary restrictions to ensure food safety for guests when noted on tickets
• Avoid food waste by observing food storage time and temperature standards
• Complete assigned daily/ weekly / monthly cleaning tasks
• Execute safe knife handling skills and safe use of all kitchen equipment

• Ability To Travel and Live in Employee Housing
• Experience on Grill, Fryer and Food Prep
• Pay is $20.00 Per Hour Plus OT and all Travel Expences
