This Front of House Manager / Hospitality Director role is a hands‑on leadership opportunity designed for individuals seeking a long‑term partnership to make an impact with Chick‑fil‑A. This role plays a critical part in shaping culture, developing leaders, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The position follows a structured leadership development path with mentorship and clear expectations, designed to build on prior experience and immerse leaders in the Chick‑fil‑A business. By around month six, this role is positioned to step fully into leadership and begin making a meaningful impact, with long‑term growth and opportunity.

Your Impact
  • Coaching and developing Shift Leaders to confidently run high‑performing shifts
  • Managing a team of 20+ by setting clear expectations and holding people accountable to high standards
  • Implementing systems to improve productivity, reduce labor waste, and steward profitability
  • Partnering cross‑functionally with Back of House to ensure smooth hand‑offs and seamless guest experiences
What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience developing and leading teams
  • Experience leading teams of 40+ team members
  • Open availability (45‑hour standard work week)
  • Coach‑player leadership mentality
  • Passion for hospitality and people development
  • Strong alignment with Chick‑fil‑A’s values
  • Desire for long‑term growth within a Chick‑fil‑A organization
