THE JOB:

At the ARIA, the primary responsibility of the Bus Runner is to maintain assigned restaurant or pool sections and ensure all tables and service areas are kept clean and sanitary at all times. This includes promptly removing used dishes and debris, as well as restocking tables and side stations with clean dishware, silverware, glassware, and condiments.

The Bus Runner works closely with Food Servers to support seamless service and deliver an exceptional guest experience in both restaurant and pool environments. This role also assists in the efficient and timely delivery of food to ensure service standards are consistently achieved in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.

THE STARTING RATE: $14.8705 Hourly

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

* Maintain food and beverage station in a clean and orderly manner

* Clean and sanitize all equipment

* Keep floors free of debris and spills

* Sweep and mop floor, and empty garbage, as required by the venue

* Maintain par stock levels in the beverage station

* Clean and sanitize tables and chairs

* Retrieve orders the warehouse and stock storeroom

* Assist with proper stock rotation

* Run food as required by the Department

* Perform other job-related duties as requested

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

* Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays required

* 1+ Years of prior relevant experience in a restaurant as a Bus or Food Runner preferred

* 1+ Years of prior relevant experience in a fast paced, high volume restaurant operations experience
