Caesars Entertainment - - - Responsibilities:
Oversee operations in Vanderpump Cocktail Garden;
Continually train all staff on new menus to ensure knowledge retention;
Conduct weekly quality checks for Bartender and Cocktail servers on menu knowledge and service;
Roll out new beverage service standards and provide training and roleplay opportunities;
Conduct shift calls daily to ensure proper staffing
