Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly experience for customers.;
Manage assigned systems (Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management); set goals, delegate tasks, and report results to team and other managers.;
Ensure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience; train service staff; organize Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas for best service.;
Ensure the restaurant delivers high-quality food quickly and safely; control food costs; train kitchen staff in production procedures.;
Hire qualified crew, train them well, and schedule them to meet restaurant sales and profit goals; motivate and recognize crew.
