Shift leader, Restaurant​/Food Service

Firehouse Subs -  - 7260 South Durango Drive - Responsibilities:
Ensure restaurant profitability by managing shifts within guidelines for food cost, labor, controllables, utilities and sales growth.;
Provide leadership to the restaurant team to meet standards of guest service, quality and cleanliness.;
Assist the GM in coordinating and implementing current operations game plans and company initiatives.;
Participate in interviewing, hiring, training and disciplining employees under the guidance of the GM.;
Ensure all required programs, reports and legal documents are accurate, complete and accomplished on schedule.
