ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Monitor restaurant associates in their daily work tasks. Assisting staff as required.
- Supervise guest service in the restaurant and bar, assuring brand standards are upheld.
- Establish and re-inforce side work by restaurant staff, to confirm completion.
- Communicate daily, all special groups and/or tastings to be held in the restaurant.
- Set up and confirm daily, the floor plan and coverage for the day with staff.
- Provide approved training for all new hires in the restaurant and/or bar.
- Assist with and/or provide menu classes and/or taste panels, with the staff.
- Enforce safe and accurate cash and card handling by staff.
