• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain the cleanliness of kitchen and dishwashing areas by sweeping, mopping, and removing trash.
• Ensure all cleaned items are properly stored in their designated places.
• Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks as needed.
• Monitor and replenish dishwashing supplies, such as soap and sanitizer.
• Perform regular checks of kitchen equipment and report any issues to the management team.
