Lead Fountain Worker

The Lead Barista (Fountain Worker) Starbucks contributes to store success by ensuring service experience standards are met and always surpassed during the shift. An additional component of this job is to assist management with daily operating procedures such as maintaining quality store operations, accurately handle cash register transactions, maximizing financial contributions and directing team member development.
** SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES** **& ROLE EXPECTATIONS
** Performs and directs others to complete the cleaning and operational tasks in accordance with the store duty rosters.

Operate a cash register as business demands depending on breaks, call outs, high business volumes, in a supportive role to Fountain Workers on duty. Acts as a role model while providing guidance and training to team members on all the performance expectation.
** REQUIREMENTS
* * Must have 6 months previous Barista experience, Starbucks experience preferred.

Previous experience as a Barista trainer or training baristas.

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, multiple tasks to be managed under time constraint.  
** PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
** Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 25-50 pounds unassisted in the performance of specific tasks as assigned. Must have the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces.
