Nukha is a Mediterranean fine-dining restaurant and lounge located in the heart of Las Vegas. We are known for our authentic cuisine, upscale ambiance, and top-quality hookah service. We are looking for a skilled and passionate Hookah Master to join our growing team.

The Hookah Master is responsible for preparing, maintaining, and serving premium-quality hookahs to guests, ensuring consistency, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate has experience in hookah preparation, strong communication skills, and a professional attitude suitable for a luxury hospitality environment.

Prepare and serve hookahs according to restaurant standards and guest preferences.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the hookah station and lounge area.

Regularly clean, sanitize, and maintain hookah equipment.

Monitor coal usage and ensure timely replacement for each guest.

Assist guests in choosing flavors and provide knowledgeable recommendations.

Handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods.

Collaborate closely with servers, bar staff, and managers to ensure smooth service flow.

Follow all safety, hygiene, and fire-handling protocols.

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Hookah Master or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of hookah flavors, tobacco types, and maintenance techniques.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and guest-service skills.

Professional appearance and punctuality.

Must be 21+ years old.

Flexible schedule — evenings, weekends, and holidays required.
