Do you want to be part of an incredibly fun team at the only outdoor restaurant on Fremont Street? We are looking for an Outdoor Host with some light cooking on a small grill. Project BBQ is looking for someone with an outgoing personality that loves to have fun while working!

The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:

• Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.
• Responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management.
• Provides prompt, courteous service to guests while maintaining a friendly and pleasant atmosphere.
• Provides quality service to external guests, specifically maintaining established quality standards for timely food and beverage.
• Maintaining established quality standards for timely food and beverage service.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

• Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights & weekends.

Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in English may also be required.
