Field Technician - Kohl's Pin Pad Replacement Project (Las Vegas & St. George)

We are hiring Field Technicians for a nationwide Kohl's pin pad refresh project. This is a hands‑on, entry‑to‑mid level IT field role perfect for technicians looking to gain retail deployment experience, build their resume, and work steady day shifts.

You'll work as part of a two‑technician team, visiting assigned Kohl's stores to replace pin pad card readers, perform basic setup, document the work, and communicate with store leadership.

• Replace or update the pin pad device at each register
• Take required photos (before/after shots, device, MAC IDs, location)
• Upload photos using Google Drive/Docs
• Perform basic setup, testing, and validation of devices
• Follow the provided workflow and escalation procedures
• Check in and out with Kohl's store management
• Communicate any issues promptly

• Start Time: 8:45 AM (Mon‑Fri only)

• Guaranteed Pay:
  Minimum 4 hours paid daily, even if finished early
• Travel:
  Must be able to travel between assigned stores

• $25/hour
• Minimum of 4 hours/day paid
• Many days will run 6‑8 hours based on register count

• Smartphone capable of taking/uploading photos
• Reliable transportation between stores
• Ability to follow technical instructions
• Professional communication and teamwork skills

• 7‑year screening check only
• No drug test required
• No DMV check required

• Straightforward, hands‑on technical work
• Consistent daytime schedule – no nights, no weekends

This is a Contract position based out of Las Vegas, NV.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 – $25.00/hr.
