Greet retail/walk-in customers in a friendly, courteous manner and assist them in their selection of merchandise;
Provide excellent service to customers calling the store on the phone by answering all calls and looking up parts, quoting prices, and offering the Low-Price Guarantee;
Maintain and secure the cash drawer, accept cash and/or checks, make change, and process credit card transactions;
Process exchanges and returns for credit in accordance with company policies;
Stock shelves, fronting and facing, planogram updates, freight receival, and cleaning; assist with monthly stock adjustments and inventory cycle counts
