Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, omni-channel, guest loyalty (including credit), and retail shrink as set by Ulta Beauty for the store.;
Ensure each guest receives exceptional service at the cashwrap, including greeting, personalized service, and product demonstrations.;
Assist in training new cashiers and cross-training other associates in cashiering.;
Take ownership of cashwrap operations including open/close register functions, cashier chat ins/outs, and returns/exchanges.;
Maintain replenishment, organization, and maintenance of cashwrap displays and impulse fixtures to ensure guest-readiness.
