As a Merchandiser, you will execute retail merchandising activities that connect customers with the brands they love in one of the largest retailers in the world.

• Merchandise a variety of categories and keep product availability high.
• Work a flexible schedule that depends on the location (Sunday‑Saturday, 5–4 days per week).
• Use a company‑issued mobile device to complete work, navigate multiple applications, and capture photos of finished tasks.
• Represent Acosta and its clients in Walmart stores and partner with store management and associates.
• Communicate with your direct manager via email, phone, and text.

• Schedule work from Sunday through Saturday; start work between 6am‑9am and finish no later than 6pm.
• Locate merchandise in the backroom, stock and pack out products, and straighten items on the shelf.
• Transport coupons and signage materials to place in store and answer simple, step‑by‑step questions on the company field technology.
• Take photos of completed work to demonstrate success and report your work the same day it is finished.
• Partner with Walmart store management and associates to get the job done.

• Own your store(s) and build relationships to become the go‑to Acosta resource.
• Communicate effectively with store associates, managers, and Acosta team members.
• Leverage support and share best practices with the Walmart team nationwide through a variety of communication channels.
• Complete work within the provided timeframe and follow detailed instructions to ensure accuracy.
• Provide accurate and concise data and photos by following provided instructions.

• Reliable transportation to get to and from multiple retail locations daily.
• Company‑issued mobile device for field technology and photo capture.
• Access to the Walmart store system and Acosta’s field technology.
