Pay: Up to $25 (plus commission and bonus opportunities)

As a Diamond and Jewelry Sales Associate, you’ll work directly with customers to help them find the perfect piece of jewelry for life’s most meaningful moments. From presenting and educating on fine jewelry to assisting with repairs and providing exceptional service, you’ll play an important role in creating lasting relationships with our guests.

This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and an interest in learning more about diamonds and fine jewelry. Prior jewelry experience is preferred, but we provide on-the-job training to help you succeed.

• Warmly greet customers and provide an exceptional guest experience
• Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and preferences
• Present and educate guests about diamonds, gemstones, and fine jewelry
• Guide customers through the buying process, including wrapping and packaging purchases
• Process sales transactions (cash, credit, and financing) accurately
• Assist customers with service and repair intake
• Maintain strong product knowledge, including warranties and guarantees
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales goals
• Build long-term relationships with clients through thank-you notes and follow-ups
• Support merchandising and maintain attractive visual displays
• Help keep the showroom clean, organized, and inviting
• Adhere to loss prevention and compliance procedures
• Collaborate effectively with team members and follow management guidance
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous jewelry or luxury sales experience preferred (training provided)
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Goal-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Flexible availability to meet business needs, including evenings and weekends

• Base hourly rate up to $25 per hour
