As an In-Store Lead Setter, you are the face of our brand inside retail locations.

This is an active, customer-facing role — perfect for outgoing personalities who enjoy talking with people and getting rewarded for their effort.

Your responsibilities include:

• Engaging shoppers in a friendly, natural conversation
• Introducing homeowners to our remodeling services
• Generating interest and setting FREE in-home consultation appointments
• Representing our company professionally inside Sam’s Club and Home Depot
• Creating positive energy and excitement around our displays
• Working alongside store associates to identify interested customers

👉 No selling. No closing. Just connecting and setting appointments.
