Role OverviewGOHUNT is looking for a Part-Time Showroom Associate to help support the day-to-day experience in our Las Vegas showroom
. This role is perfect for someone who loves hunting and archery, enjoys helping customers, and takes pride in keeping a showroom clean, organized, and ready for action.
You’ll work alongside our showroom team to help customers find the right gear, keep products stocked and merchandised, and support the overall flow of the shop. If you’re someone who likes being around quality gear, talking hunting, and helping people get dialed — this is a great fit.
What You’ll Be DoingCustomer Experience
- Greet customers and help create a great in-store experience
- Assist customers with selecting archery gear, accessories, and upgrades
- Help answer product questions and point customers toward the right solutions
- Provide basic product care guidance and support customers with general gear needs
- Make sure customers leave feeling taken care of and confident in their purchase
Showroom Support
- Keep the showroom clean, organized, and stocked throughout the day
- Help merchandise product so it’s easy to shop and looks sharp
- Unpack, tag, and restock inventory as shipments arrive
- Help ensure pricing/signage is accurate and product displays are maintained
- Support daily checklists and keep things running smoothly
Operations + Team Support
- Assist with clerical tasks as needed (inventory tracking, documentation, basic spreadsheets)
- Coordinate with teammates and communicate clearly on product needs and customer requests
- Jump in where needed to support the wider GOHUNT team (warehouse, content, marketing, etc.)
Basic Technical Support (as needed)
- Assist with basic bow-related tasks when trained and needed (minor adjustments, inspections, etc.)
- Help the showroom team ensure equipment is safe and customer-ready
Must Have
- Strong people skills — you enjoy talking with customers and helping them out
- Reliable, organized, and able to stay busy without being micromanaged
- Strong attention to detail (stocking, pricing, merchandising, shop cleanliness)
- Basic knowledge of hunting/archery gear and a willingness to keep learning
- Comfortable using office tools (email, docs, spreadsheets)
- Ability to be on your feet and stay active during your shift
Nice to Have
- Previous customer service, retail, or gear-related experience
- Passion for bowhunting and archery
- Experience with inventory or merchandising
- Familiarity with Excel basics
