Merchandiser – Moët Hennessy Brands (Luxury Retail Specialist)

Mosaic is a dynamic marketing and merchandising agency representing some of the world’s most prestigious brands. We are seeking an experienced Merchandiser to promote the Moët Hennessy portfolio in key retail accounts. The role focuses on building strong retailer relationships, setting up engaging displays, and optimizing product placement to boost brand visibility and sales.

Compensation: $25–$27 per hour

• Establish and nurture relationships with retail partners in the area
• Set up and maintain visually appealing displays to showcase Moët Hennessy Brands effectively
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities to enhance brand visibility and sales
• Conduct regular account surveys to gather insights and feedback
• Execute shelf resets according to schematics to optimize product placement
• Ensure retailers’ price markings are clear and accurate for all brands
• Work closely with store managers to gain additional facings and prime shelf space
• Monitor and report on the performance of promotional initiatives
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure cohesive brand representation
• Act as an expert brand ambassador for all client brands
• Provide training for retailer employees as needed
• Cover assigned territory, allowing up to a 2‑hour driving radius
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Previous merchandising experience (beverage or luxury goods preferred)
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Positive, proactive attitude
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
• Detail‑oriented with keen eye for visual merchandising
• Familiarity with retail environments and shelf schematics
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities
• Passion for premium brands and interest in the wine & spirits industry
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation capable of carrying POS materials and larger displays
• Physical ability to lift and carry individual cases up to 50–75 pounds
