Job Title:
Temporary Seasonal Sales Associate
The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in retail to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales.
Responsibilities- Client & Service Expert: Achieves individual sales goals; develops strong product knowledge across all categories; ensures exemplary customer service by delivering the ultimate kate spade experience; develops a personal connection with guests through effective selling skills.
- Building Brand Equity: Understands and communicates the kate spade new york brand aesthetic, philosophy, and lifestyle to customers; builds strong client relationships as a brand ambassador; adheres to all company policies and procedures with honesty and integrity.
- Strong communication skills; proven ability and contribution to an elevated selling culture; elevated sense of personal style.
- Available to work store schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Stand for extended periods of time.
- Able to safely lift boxes up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable climbing ladders.

BASE PAY RANGE $15.00 TO $16.00 Hourly
