Summary

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for managing back-of-house operations and supporting the sales team at the Las Vegas retail location. Reporting to the General Manager, this role oversees stockroom organization, shipping and receiving, inventory processes, and key-holder duties. The Supervisor ensures merchandise is represented on the sales floor, maintains operational standards, and helps deliver an elevated client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor sales floor stock to ensure pieces are represented with the current visual merchandising set.
  • Communicate product stock level and quality issues to management to avoid shrink.
  • Maintain a clean and organized stock room and reorganize BOH to maximize efficiency.
  • Perform shipping and receiving tasks efficiently and process customer shipments per company standards.
  • Assist with physical inventory, cycle counts, discrepancy resolution, and differential reports.
  • Support key holder duties including opening/closing the store, closing out POS, and sending EOD reports.
  • Process damages, track and manage repairs and consolidations/transfers within deadlines.
  • Prepare corporate finance packs bi-monthly and keep accurate records of stock movement.
  • Monitor store supply levels and communicate ordering needs to management; assist sales team as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a retail back-of-house environment; luxury retail preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build partnerships with associates and corporate partners.
  • Proficient with retail POS systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, with a positive, can-do attitude and ability to multitask in a high-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate records.
