Summary

The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for personalizing a unique shop experience and engaging guests with one‑of‑a‑kind retail techniques, including handling alcohol sales. All duties are performed in accordance with U.S. laws, casino policies, and Resorts World Las Vegas standards.

• Assist customers with purchasing merchandise, including alcoholic beverages/products.
• Help with store recovery and stock room organization.
• Cross‑perform in all assigned areas to maintain merchandise sizing, ticketing, and presentation to company standards.
• Handle customer issues in a friendly and helpful manner; call a member of the store operations team when needed.
• Use a personal device/cellular phone for job‑related operational tasks, review of company documents, and other duties.
• Perform other job‑related duties as requested.

• Ability to process transactions using POS terminals.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Availability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• At least six months of customer service experience.
• Previous experience working in a large, luxury resort setting.
• At least 21 years of age.

High School diploma or GED equivalent. Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.

• Prolonged standing, bending, and reaching.
• Transporting, pushing, pulling, and lifting items weighing up to 10 lbs.
• Eye‑hand coordination and quick reaction to changes in workplace conditions.
• Ability to comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety instructions.
