Job Description  About the Role    Loudoun United FC is seeking motivated and hardworking individuals to join our equipment staff as interns for the upcoming season. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in a professional soccer environment, working directly with first team and developmental squads.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Assist in daily preparation and organization of team equipment for training and matches
* Set up and break down locker rooms for home and away games
* Manage inventory including uniforms, training gear, and match equipment
* Ensure all gear is clean, organized, and ready for use
* Assist with loading/unloading equipment for travel
* Support both men’s and women’s teams as assigned
* Maintain a professional and organized equipment room environment

*** Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
* Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and match days
* Highly organized with attention to detail
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
* Interest in sports, soccer, or equipment management preferred
* Must be reliable
