Location

Travel up to 90 miles from home on average. Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement.

Schedule

Work Monday–Friday. Weekends are not required, but flexibility is expected.

Role

Field Service Representative for leading technology brands such as Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP. Execute a wide range of in‑store tasks including installing and updating sales floor fixtures, performing buildouts and resets, repairing displays, and following planograms and client‑specific directives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to field services management and maintain prompt communication within 24 hours of contact.
  • Keep availability updated and accurate.
  • Fully complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
  • Install, build, and repair displays, end caps, and fixtures.
  • Complete required forms, images, surveys, and documentation before leaving the job site.
  • Maintain and update displays according to planograms and client requests.
  • Conduct break‑fix repairs to keep displays and fixtures functional.
  • Participate in early‑morning installations and team installations (2+ people) and provide solution feedback.
  • Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines.
  • Assist other team members as needed and contribute to overall team success.
  • Adhere to timelines, submit accurate timecards, report anomalies daily, and provide needed corrections.
  • Work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Participate in training and certification programs.
  • Accurately track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems and workflows.
  • Be available for weekend assignments as required.
Scheduling / Planning

Hours and locations may vary week to week, including occasional weekends and early mornings. Accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt.

Project Execution

Follow all directives, execute tasks fully, and collaborate closely with the shared services team to achieve goals, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure operational efficiencies.

Relationship Development

Build and maintain strong relationships within the shared services team, local and regional markets, clients, retailers, and other stakeholders.

Leadership & Cross‑Functional Work

Demonstrate professionalism, effective communication skills, and strong leadership while representing the company. Set a high standard for behavior, foster a positive work environment, and maintain transparent, respectful communication with all team members.

Customer & Client Satisfaction
  • Ensure customer and client satisfaction meets or exceeds shared service field KPIs as determined by field management.
  • Provide and receive feedback openly to continually improve service quality.
Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years or older due to insurance requirements.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Flexibility:
    Monday–Friday, weekend and holiday availability, early morning and late‑night availability as needed.
  • Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.
  • Physical abilities: climb a ladder up to 10 feet, lift/carry up to 60 lbs, kneel, walk, crouch, bend over, grasp, and reach overhead.
  • Adaptability: adjust to changing tasks and work environments.
  • Communication skills: effective phone, text, and email communication; use smartphone for clocking, uploading photos, downloading applications, and internet connectivity.
  • Education:

    high school diploma or equivalent; previous retail or merchandising experience beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Experience preferred: installation and merchandising experience, proficiency with hand and power tools, ability to follow planogram directives.
  • Technology: own an Android or Apple mobile device for photo and data uploads; navigate communication platforms and applications independently.
  • Training: complete all training assignments within designated time; collaborate autonomously.
  • Transportation: reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, proof of insurance; willingness to travel up to 90 miles from home per assignment/shift.
