Assistant General Manager - Forum Shops

Summary

Assist the Store General Manager in leading all aspects of store operations at The Forum Shops in Las Vegas. Drive sales and deliver exceptional luxury client service while coaching and developing the team. Act as the on-shift leader to maintain visual, operational, and merchandising standards.

• Support achievement of sales targets and key performance indicators through coaching, sales floor leadership, and clienteling.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate store staff to build a high-performing team.
• Oversee visual merchandising, stock management, inventory accuracy, and loss prevention procedures.
• Manage daily store operations including scheduling, cash handling, and administrative tasks.
• Act as the store leader in the General Manager's absence and partner with leadership on local execution of brand initiatives.

• Minimum 4 years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury fashion or premium retail.
• Proven leadership skills with a focus on coaching, performance management, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to visual and operational standards.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays to support store needs.
