Burlington Stores is seeking a Shortage Control Associate in Las Vegas, NV. This role is vital for ensuring a secure shopping environment while delivering exceptional customer service. As the associate, you will engage with customers, monitor store entrances, and help mitigate theft.
The ideal candidate has experience in customer service or retail, understands theft trends, and exhibits a positive, welcoming demeanor. You will also provide support in training associates on shortage reduction programs and must be able to work a flexible schedule.
Competitive pay of $14.00 per hour, flexible hours, and benefits for part-time associates are offered.
