Customer Service Rep, Retail & Store Manager
Job Description
Location:
Las Vegas, Nevada. This is a full‑time Shift Supervisor position. The role supports operations across Events, Guest Services, Retail, Food & Beverage, Security, and Facilities.
- Carry out supervisory duties in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
- Act as the Manager on Duty, ensuring safety, operational flow, and high‑quality guest experience.
- Lead in event setup, execution, and cleanup, providing on‑floor coaching and support.
- Respond to operational issues, guest escalations, and minor emergencies.
- Monitor hourly labor usage, staff breaks, and shift transitions; adjust coverage in real time.
- Maintain exhibit readiness, cleanliness, and functionality; ensure show‑ready status.
- Assist frontline operations across all departments as needed.
- Receive, unload, stock, and manage inventory.
- Enforce POS procedures and assist with end‑of‑day reporting and reconciliation.
- Document and communicate shift updates, incidents, and operational issues using reporting tools.
- Foster cross‑department collaboration and uphold company culture.
- Lead staff training, onboarding, and mentoring per SOPs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a high‑traffic guest‑facing environment.
- Experience across customer service, retail, food service, or facilities operations.
- Strong communication, de‑escalation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to stay calm, prioritize tasks, and lead by example in fast‑paced environments.
- Proficient with or willing to learn POS and scheduling platforms.
- Must be 21+ and able to obtain or maintain licensing for alcohol service.
- Flexible to work a schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
Position works primarily indoors with exposure to noise, dim lighting, visual and special effects, and small enclosed spaces. Duties include walking, standing, using stairs or elevators, and repetitive hand motions. Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds and meet relevant vision and physical requirements.
