Aesthetic Keyholder

Location:

Las Vegas, NV (Downtown Summerlin). Job Type: Part-time.

Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $21.00/hr overall Aesthetic Keyholder Compensation Package: $16 - $21/hr (range reflects factors such as experience, tenure, cost of living/geographical area and clinic volume). Downtown Summerlin Compensation Package: incoming base $21/hr with potential to grow.

• Must be available to work 20-29 hours per week during Clinic Operating Hours (subject to change). 5- or 8-hour shifts with a minimum of 1 day per week; schedule may be made 60 days in advance. Saturdays are required.
• Sundays may be required for occasional training or if clinic expands operating hours.

• Creating curated client experiences.
• Educating clients on customized, no-downtime facials and Skin Laundry products tailored to personal skincare needs.
• Educating clients on the importance of the skin care protocols and celebrating client results.
• Championing Skin Laundry’s mission and values; coordinating, scheduling, and rescheduling recurring and future clients.
• Effectively coordinating client flow and consistently seeking, obtaining, and converting new clients.

• Proven retail experience, preferably within skincare and/or aesthetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store is desirable.
• Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software;
  Zenoti experience is a plus.

• Two (2) years of experience in Skin Care/Aesthetics or customer service preferred.
• Aesthetic license highly preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation with exceptional communication skills.
• Creative problem solving and ability to create a comfortable atmosphere for clients and team members.
• Attentive, a good listener, and detail-oriented with regard to safety protocols.
• Ability to make clinical decisions and know when to ask for assistance.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated to achieve and exceed company benchmarks.
• Willing to learn and adapt quickly; comfortable with conflict management with clients and team members.

• Physical requirements:
  
  long periods of sitting and standing; ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs.
