Cannabis Company is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) in Las Vegas. In this role, you will be part of the leadership team, supervising daily operations and enhancing customer experiences. You'll gain expertise by rotating through critical dispensary functions and will have a fast track to growth into the Assistant General Manager position.
Ideal candidates have a minimum of three years in customer service or retail, including supervisory experience. Applicants must be at least 21 years old and willing to comply with cannabis regulations.
