Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.;
Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure execution of customer service programs.;
Manage administrative tasks including answering phones, processing transfers and orders, and communicating with customers about shipments.;
Oversee returns, exchanges, and refunds with accurate payment methods and proper staging of merchandise.;
Perform opening/closing duties, secure money/deposits, prepare deposits, and ensure building and vehicles are secured.
