Responsibilities
  • Provide member service at the checkout, including processing purchases, payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
  • Maintain entrance and exit areas, zone merchandise, and arrange items to ensure a safe, organized shopping environment.
  • Assist members with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and transporting items.
  • Offer guidance on self‑service technology and mobile retail applications.
  • Perform safety sweeps, correct unsafe situations, and report them to facility management.
  • Record paperwork, logs, and documentation required for compliance and security.
  • Execute emergency response procedures and adhere to company security and safety practices.
  • Support the training, onboarding, and continuous development of new Member Frontline Services associates.
  • Identify and report shrink, damage, and potential security risks.
  • Collaborate with managers, co‑workers, and business partners to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and drive improvements.
Qualifications
  • Retail experience operating front‑end equipment such as cash registers.
  • Experience using mobile retail applications.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a fast‑paced retail environment.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and process improvements.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Hourly wage range: $17.00 to $25.00 (actual rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage at the location).
  • Additional compensation in the form of premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour.
