Responsibilities- Lead by example, coach, and develop store associates to drive high customer engagement and community participation.
- Support the store team in meeting sales goals, monitoring key performance indicators, and achieving individual objectives.
- Supervise daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, floor coverage, and task delegation.
- Manage stockroom operations: organize inventory, process shipments, and ensure timely product flow to the sales floor.
- Assist in training and onboarding new team members, providing ongoing feedback and support.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and product replenishment in line with brand directives.
- Support inventory integrity through proper shipping, receiving, and loss‑prevention practices.
- Promote community engagement by participating in local initiatives and events.
- Uphold company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures, fostering a positive, inclusive store environment.
- 1+ year of retail or store leadership experience in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; relevant experience and achievements are highly valued.
- Proven ability to drive results, exceed sales and profit goals, and build high‑performing, diverse teams.
- Skilled in coaching, motivating, and influencing across all levels.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Solution‑oriented, flexible, and able to work independently in a dynamic retail environment.
- Comfortable using word‑processing, spreadsheets, and retail software tools.
- Physical ability to stand, move, bend, reach, squat, climb ladders, and lift light to moderate weight as required.
Hiring Range: $18.48 – $27.72 per hour.
Incentive Potential:
Eligible for an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
