Position

Compensation: $18.75 per hour.

This role is responsible for providing an exceptional experience for guests in cashier, selling, or merchandising positions, interacting directly with customers daily.

• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Minimum 18 years old.
• 1‑2 years prior retail experience required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate with diverse customers and peers.
• Resourceful self‑starter, works well independently as well as part of a team, and can adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety, food handling, quality, loss prevention, and emergency procedures.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including retail hours, days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is variable and may include additional elements such as variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in a 401(k) plan, and paid time off benefits. Eligibility for these elements depends on the position offered and the employee’s work schedule.
