The Summer Seasonal Team Player (Sales Associate) position is a temporary, part-time role located in Las Vegas, NV 89123. This position requires availability from May 18, 2026 to August 28, 2026, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Pay Range: $13.50 - $14.25 hourly

The Team Player delivers a great client experience by assessing customer needs, providing product education, and engaging communication to create a personalized shopping environment.

This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

• Greet customers to assess needs and provide an exceptional shopping experience
• Describe footwear and apparel technology to ensure customers make informed purchase decisions
• Recommend, select, and help locate merchandise based on customer needs
• Maintain knowledge of sales, promotions, and policies regarding purchases, exchanges, or returns
• Demonstrate features and benefits of footwear and apparel to maximize sales goals
• Monitor security risks and handle theft prevention or incidents
• Maintain store appearance by straightening, sizing, and refolding merchandise
• Support processing of shipments and merchandise by sensoring, repricing, and restocking the sales floor
• Retrieve product from floor and back‑stock or up‑stock using provided equipment as needed
