The incumbent assists the Store Manager with all aspects of day‑to‑day store operations, including sales, customer service, recruiting, training, profits, and maintaining store standards. In the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager, the Sales Supervisor supervises and manages all store personnel, implements and enforces company policies and procedures, and establishes control‑related standards and procedures. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and coaching the team to achieve sales and engagement goals.

• Contribute to overall store success by ensuring store and individual sales goals are met.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales by styling and wardrobing customers based on their needs.
• Set an example for customer engagement that exceeds industry standards.
• Build client relationships and drive store sales through client outreach and enthusiasm for the brand.
• Assist with training, coaching, developing, and motivating associates to achieve maximum sales productivity.
• Serve as the expert on company culture, store operations, and policies & procedures.
• Manage payroll and ensure payroll goals are met within established guidelines.
• Execute directives from Visual Merchandising, Operations, and Marketing, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
• Communicate with the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager regarding employee relations, day‑to‑day operations, and compliance matters.
• Represent the brand and ensure team members embody the brand in all interactions.
• Enforce Loss Prevention policies, assist with financial/sales audits, and inventories to protect the store from shortages.

• 2+ years of related professional sales experience in specialty or luxury retail and/or customer service, and at least 1 year of supervisor experience.

• Repetitive hand motion while operating cash register or computer.
• Regular interaction with the public in a crowded, noisy store environment.
• Standing required for the entire work shift.
• Operate office equipment (computers, phone, fax, scanner, copier).
• Must work weekend and night shifts.
• Climb ladders as needed.
• Bend, lift, open, and move product up to 50 pounds as needed.
