Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring order accuracy before pickup. They make product substitutions and consult customers as needed to ensure satisfaction.

You’ll shop for customers and select items such as apples and cereal. This fast‑paced role spends time in all departments to fulfill online orders and dispenses them to customers, engaging them in conversation throughout the process. The pace can be intense, especially in the evenings, on weekends, and during holiday seasons. At times you will juggle online shopping while helping in‑store customers.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums range from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour for specific circumstances.
