Client Advisor - Forum Shops

Summary

As a Client Advisor at the Forum Shops you will drive boutique sales and deliver memorable client experiences by meeting individual KPIs and leveraging omnichannel tools. You will build long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling, storytelling and product expertise while representing the brand at events and in-store. You will also support daily retail operations, visual merchandising and aftersales coordination to ensure operational excellence.

• Achieve individual and boutique sales targets through client discovery, upselling and closing.
• Develop and maintain client relationships via outreach, appointments and personalized clienteling.
• Communicate brand story and technical product details to inspire and educate clients.
• Execute visual merchandising, window animation and product presentation.
• Support daily store operations including inventory, cash, security, openings and closings.
• Use retail systems (CEGID, Salesforce) and coordinate aftersales until return of products.

• Minimum 2 years luxury retail experience with knowledge of watches and lifestyle trends.
• Strong selling skills and understanding of sales and clienteling KPIs.
• Fluent English and at least one additional language; third language a plus.
• Digitally savvy and comfortable with retail tools and CRM systems.
• Client-centric, energetic, team-oriented with strong presentation and communication skills.
