Michaels is seeking a store leadership role in Las Vegas to deliver a customer-centric shopping experience. You will support the Store Manager, lead front-end operations, and drive omnichannel processes while ensuring policy adherence and strong KPI achievement.
Responsibilities include training and coaching the customer experience team, managing events and inventory, assisting with cash handling, shrink and safety programs, and acting as Manager on Duty. Weekend and night shifts may be required.
