• Assist the store manager in ensuring high operational performance.
• Take ownership of location management and operations.
• Evaluate employee performance and coach team members to improve.

• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge.
• Keep store clean, neat, and organized.

• 18+ years old, must have open availability during weekends.
• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or related field.
• Dynamic, outgoing individual with leadership skills.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to coach and evaluate employees.
• Experience selling athletic shoes (preferred).
• Experience working in a growing company (preferred).

Pay Range: $18.00–$18.00 per hour.

• 4 years customer service (preferred).
• 1 year management (preferred).
• 3 years cashier (preferred).
