Retail Sales Lead (Fashion Show – Las Vegas, NV)
Savage X Fenty is currently seeking a driven and passionate Retail Sales Lead to support Store Leadership in building a fearless, confident, and inclusive team that will bring the Savage xFenty experience to our first IRL locations.
Responsibilities- Upkeep an inclusive store culture that is reflective of our values and brand ethos, resulting in a team of engaged sales advisors and outstanding customer experiences.
- Partner with Store Leaders to deliver a dynamic and meaningful customer journey supported by impactful visuals and technology that is elevated by a highly engaged store team.
- Achieve KPI targets, budgets, and objectives by driving a culture of business ownership and holding team members accountable to performance.
- Approach business opportunities, risks, and roadblocks with urgency and a growth mindset while collaborating with appropriate cross‑functional teams.
- Actively engage guests and VIP members by providing an experience centered around body positivity, product knowledge, and authenticity.
- Provide training and immediate feedback to store team around our customer service model, performance expectations, and overall operational standards.
- Collaborate with the Store Leader to inspire sales advisors to accomplish individual and team performance targets.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards by consistently coaching and training store team based on VM guides, floorsets, and expectations.
- Serve as a resource for general product knowledge, operational compliance, and global communication for all team members.
- Maintain and achieve personal performance targets.
- Retail experience: 1‑2 years in a high‑volume retail environment.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to articulate vision and purpose clearly.
- Ability to lead through ambiguity while managing multiple initiatives.
- Tech‑savvy or strong comfort with technology as a component of daily responsibilities.
- Organizational powerhouse with a strong sense of urgency, stellar time management skills, and acute attention to detail.
- Self‑directed and highly motivated to take ownership of tasks to ensure solutions.
- Flexibility with schedule and willingness to work hours based on business needs.
