Retail Part - Time Store Associate, Fabletics; Summerlin - Las Vegas, NV

Fabletics is looking for self‑driven, part‑time Store Associates for our Downtown Summerlin location in Las Vegas, NV. Join our team to deliver a best‑in‑class retail shopping experience and help customers seamlessly connect their online and in‑store journeys through innovative technology.

• Embody Fabletics culture and values while providing customers with insight on how to live their passion.
• Actively engage customers in new and meaningful ways, sharing knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and product function.
• Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store, including store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance overall customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to make the store easy to shop and add value to the customer’s purchase journey.
• Provide feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve business operations.
• Strive for excellence by meeting and exceeding store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Adhere to all safety and security standards, identifying and communicating potential issues.
• Unpack inventory boxes (10–30 lbs) as required.

• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities.
• Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners inside and outside the store environment.
• Ability to work effectively with large teams.
• Great interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self‑motivated, strong communicator.
• Ability to multi‑task, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
• Flexibility in work hours, open to evenings, weekends, and national holidays.

• Willing to work onsite with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

• Salary between $12.00 and $15.00 per hour, depending on experience.
