Fabletics Retail is looking for a Part‑time Sales Lead at our Downtown Summerlin store in Las Vegas, NV. The role involves delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting both sales and operations.

• Actively engage customers in meaningful ways, sharing knowledge of our products’ fabrics, features, fit, and function.
• Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store through events, promotions, and community projects.
• Provide training and immediate feedback to associates based on the Customer Experience Playbook and other performance expectations.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet or exceed individual and team performance goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain store‑merchandising guidelines to make the store easy to shop and add value to the customer’s purchase journey.
• Continuously provide feedback to the Store Manager to improve the business.
• Strive for excellence by meeting and exceeding store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality.
• Serve as a resource for product knowledge to customers and team members.
• Achieve personal sales goals and maintain overall sales performance.
• Adhere to all safety and security standards and report potential issues.
• Unpack inventory boxes as needed (10–30lbs).

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience; prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle activities such as yoga, cycling, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy pursuits.
• Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfort with ambiguity and the initiative to act when opportunities arise.
• Proficiency with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self‑motivated communicator who brings out the best in others.
• Ability to multi‑task, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
• Flexible in work hours, open to evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

Part‑time schedule with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and national holidays. The role requires constant movement, talking, reaching, grabbing, standing for at least two consecutive hours, and may involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, or climbing ladders.
