Selling And Service Assistant - Crystals Center

Summary

The Selling and Service Assistant provides front- and back-of-house clerical and client service support in the Hermès Las Vegas Crystals boutique. This role processes POS transactions, maintains CRM and stock records, and assists the sales team to ensure a high-quality luxury client experience. The SSA also supports after-sales services and helps maintain merchandising and inventory standards.

• Accurately record and process point-of-sale transactions and assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Provide prompt, friendly client service at the sales floor and point of sale, including wrapping and packaging.
• Support the sales team with merchandising, returning merchandise to floor, retrieving stock, and stocking supplies.
• Maintain workstation and selling floor standards, perform straightening and filing, and ensure POS supplies are stocked.
• Assist in stockroom operations including replenishment, tagging, ticketing, and physical inventory preparation.
• Support after-sales: log repairs, contact clients, and maintain accurate CRM files; answer phones professionally.

• Minimum 1 year retail experience; luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS and cash handling strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, customer service orientation, and ability to multi-task.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and basic Microsoft Office computer skills.
• Ability to handle difficult situations with composure and to lift up to 25 lbs.
