Retail​/Fountain Associate; Coca-Cola Store

The Retail Sales Associate will work primarily on the sales floor and at the cash wrap, generating revenue through merchandise sales, greeting guests, stocking and staging merchandise, performing cycle counts, ticketing, and maintaining visual standards.

• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Greet guests and provide purchasing options, demonstrating product and company knowledge.
• Participate in bi-annual inventory processes.
• Stay updated on current products, pricing, and promotions.
• Handle financial transactions accurately using a POS system.
• Present guests with product promotions and sale opportunities, developing cross-selling strategies.
• Assist guests with returns and exchanges.
• Maintain regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.

High school diploma or equivalent. No prior experience required.

• Communication:
  Read, write, and interpret instructional documents; effectively communicate with guests and team; use a two-way radio with proper etiquette.
• Reasoning:
  Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Physical Demands:
  Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motion; good vision.
• Other:
  Basic math skills; strong sense of urgency; teamwork; customer service orientation; eagerness to learn.

• Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without needing sponsorship.

USD 32,831 – 37,023 per year. Pay varies with geography, knowledge, skills, and experience.
